The Group manufactures Ceramics and Building Material products and has an extensive network of five plants in India and Gulf states with annual capacity of 42 million sqm in the above two categories.

As part of further diversification, the Group is engaged in manufacturing of high precision engineering automotive components. It manufactures crankshafts for tractors, HCV, LCV as well as two wheelers. Besides, the company also manufactures connecting rods, steering knuckles and hubs. Over the years, it has served automobile manufacturers in UK, Europe, Japan and India.

Over the years, the Group has promoted manufacturing facilities for driving future growth of the product lines through effective utilization of indigenous resources in the respective markets. In doing so, the Group has deployed world-class production technologies and equipment, often in collaboration with leading international companies and to international benchmarks.

Agro-commodities

The company has been equally successful in diversified business verticals such as trading of Agro-commodities such as Rice, Wheat, Oilseeds, Pulses, Grains, Sugar and in Shrimp Farming, manufacture of Shrimp Feed and Retail operations of fresh and frozen sea food.

We trade a wide range of feed products which are primarily sourced from India, South America, Pakistan and the Black sea region. We supply our feed products mainly to Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan and the Middle East. Corn - Feed Wheat - Soybean Meal - Rape Seed Meal - Canola Meal - Millet - Barley – Sorghum.

Wheat is a major part of our grain complex. We move about 10 million MT of wheat annually, with Canada, India, Ukraine, Russia, USA, Argentina, Australia, France, Bulgaria, India as our key origin markets. We supply to several countries in South East Asia as well as Bangladesh, Pakistan, UAE, India, China and Turkey.

We trade an annual volume of about 900,000 MT of oilseeds. We source majorly from countries in South & North America and our key destination markets include Bangladesh, Vietnam, Chin, Pakistan, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Sudan, Tanzania and Ethiopia. Soy Beans - Canola - Flax Seeds - Rape Seeds - Sunflower Seeds - Sesame Seeds - Niger Seeds - Mustard Seeds - Lin Seeds.

We are one of the leading movers of pulses and beans, recording volumes of about 5million MT annually. We mainly supply to consumers in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Colombo, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt and UAE. Our key sourcing markets includes Canada, where we own and operate 4 processing plants.

Our cotton is sourced from several parts of Africa, Brazil, India, Australia & Central Asia and is marketed in major consuming markets in Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, China, Turkey, India. We source primarily from ginners and exporters at origin with whom we have built long standing relationships with the assurance in quality.

Aquaculture

The Aquaculture division has 5 plants for processing shrimp with Hatchery capacity of 2 BN seed shrimp, feed production capacity of 300 MT/day, storage capacity of 10,000 MT, 100 Ha of own aquaculture farms and 4000+ contract farming arrangements.

Our skilled, experienced and highly qualified staff process the raw material adhering to stringent hygiene parameters. The facility is constantly monitored and backed up by quality control professionals to guarantee high quality products and to lessen the risk of contamination caused by microbiological elements.

Using cutting–edge equipment, ultra-modern logistic solution and state-of-the-art storage facilities, our shrimp processing unit is able to ensure quick turnaround time and timely delivery.

Our processing unit operates in compliance with stringent global quality standards, such as: HACCP, USFDA, EU, BAP AND FSSAI. We produce shrimps in different form and distribute in many quality conscious markets, such as: USA, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia and to many other countries.

We have partnered the execution of greenfield projects with advanced biofloc technology, from hatchery to farming to processing and retail, implemented traceability and scientific farm management, and sales expansion across 10 geographies.

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION

The Group’s EPC and Construction project ventures in GCC countries including UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are with clients across O&G, Mining, Power, Property, & Agro-industries with clients such as SNC Lavalin, Tata, Leighton, General Electric, Hyundai, Bouygues Bâtiment, Al Rostamani and ANC Contracting.

In India, the Group has been successful in construction of real estate properties including hotels, townships, hospitals, commercial complexes and residential towers with clients such as Ansal, DLF, Apollo, ITC, Mahindra, HCL, DMRC and Fortis.

Roads

Our JV is with a large road construction company with capabilities in roads, bridges, mining excavation, dams, canals, metro rail viaducts, airports, industrial, commercial and residential buildings in India. We have completed the construction of 135 road projects across 26 states in India, with an aggregate length of approximately 17,000 kms. Our focus is on geographical clustering of projects for efficiency and profitability, substantial investment in construction equipment bank and backward integration through in-house production of structural parts used in projects.

In Retail and FMCG segment, international luxury brands such as Bravat,Nanogress, Kimball, Sleep Number and Herman Miller are among the leading joint ventures on a global scale for Luxury Furniture, Health & Wellness, Personal Space Fixtures and high end Ceramics.

We have longstanding JVs with manufacturers of Luxury Brands in Luxury Lighting, & Ceramics, including D'Armes, Vistosi, Vibia, Dixon, Slamp, Marset, Atlas, VOX, from Spain, Italy, & EU for different commercial, industrial & retail projects in GCC and USA, with market share of 42%.
